The group includes any type of Finger food. In Europe and other regions, finger food means a product intended to be eaten with hands (and not using cutlery) and it is often an appetizer or entree. Sausage rolls, spring rolls, vol au vents and canapé are included in this category. The part consumed/analysed is by default the whole marketed unit or a homogeneous representative portion.
