The group includes any type of processed cereal flakes similar to corn flakes, i.e. breakfast cereals usually obtained by soaking-cooking/steaming, pressing, drying and flaking cereal grains/flours mixed with admixture of additional ingredients (e.g. sweeteners). The part consumed/analysed is by default the whole marketed unit or a representative portion of it.
